We Handle Setup, Breakdown, and the In-Between
We include setup and breakdown. That means our team places the tables, arranges the chairs, and handles the logistics so your planner or coordinator can focus on the details that matter to you. We provide 25 round tables, chairs for up to 200 guests, and access to cross-back chairs with ivory cushions and farmhouse tables.
Our built-in bar with kegerator is already in place. Your caterer works from a covered, lit catering patio with a butler’s pantry, refrigeration, sinks, and prep space. We even handle trash service. Everything is designed with vendor input, so the people you hire can do their best work. We’ve built 30+ dedicated 20-amp circuits across the villa, catering areas, bar, and grounds.

Four luxury suites accommodate up to 18 guests. That’s not a hotel block down the road. That’s your family and closest friends staying onsite with you. The Baldini Suite is where many brides get ready. It has full-length mirrors, space for hair and makeup chairs, a fridge, two bedrooms, a luxury bath, and a kitchenette, plus access to the shared full kitchen.
