    Capacity

    We are proud to be one of the few venues in the area that can host 300 person events!

  • Accommodations

    We can accommodate up to 18 guests between our three villa suites and our cottage. The suites have been mindfully designed with multiple bedrooms and kitchenettes in each. There is also a large shared kitchen equipped with a full range and dishwasher.

    Design

    We sought out input from other vendors and kept events at the top-of-mind when designing the Villa and venue. The result is a gorgeous space that offers thoughtful elements to make operations and logistics as seamless as possible.

  • Catering Areas

    The Catering Patio and Butler’s Pantry provide covered & lit workspaces for the catering team and are furnished with refrigeration, sinks, trash facilities, prep tables, and a staff restroom. The patio is large enough to accommodate most catering vehicles. Trash service is provided on-site, and we do not require trash to be removed from our facility by catering staff.

    Park Lawns & Gaming

    Our lush green lawns, accented by the indigenous oaks, provide a beautiful backdrop for any wedding. These beautiful lawns include a gaming area complete with a full sized bocce court and horseshoe pits.

  • Baldini suite

    The perfect space to get ready, the Baldini Suite has been thoughtfully designed with full-length mirrors, hair & make-up chairs, a refrigerator & coffee nook, two bedrooms, and a luxurious bathroom. Enjoy breakfast in the dining area and full kitchen before you indulge in your pre-event pampering!

  • Cottage

    Gather your wedding party and relax and unwind
    pre-event in the Cottage. Couches, a refrigerator, outdoor
    picnic and lounge area with firepit, and close access to the
    gaming area make for the perfect space to spend time before your big day!

  • Restrooms

    Our beautifully designed restrooms are strategically located in several areas throughout the villa. In addition, we have a restroom designated for your staff in the caterers’ quarters.

    On-Site Rentals

    Available for rent, we have an inventory featuring cross-back chairs with ivory cushions, farmhouse style tables, a variety of round tables, banquet tables, and more!

  • 01What is your guest capacity?

    Our indoor capacity is 350 people seated and 400 standing. Outdoors, we can accommodate 200 guests seated and 400 standing on the Pavilion. Our secluded location creates an intimate setting, no matter how big or small your guest count.

  • 02Can we have a ceremony on-site?

    Yes! Our main ceremony site is situated in front of a forty foot waterfall, which makes for a stunning backdrop for your vows. Or, choose to use one of the other venue areas to personalize your experience.

  • 03Do you have rentals on-site?

    Yes, we offer chairs and a variety of tables that can be rented. However, you are not obligated to use our inventory and we are happy to direct you to local rental partners who offer a broader variety of styles so that you can customize your look.

  • 04Do you offer overnight accommodations?

    We can accommodate up to 20 guests. Two nights’ accommodations are provided in your package, and we are happy to extend your stay if you wish!

  • 05Do you have hotel partnerships?

    Loriana is located about 15 minutes from a variety of accommodations in downtown San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, and Arroyo Grande. We are partnered with the following hotels which kindly extend special pricing to our guests:

  • 06Can we serve a full bar?

    All alcohol must be served by a licensed & insured provider, but we are happy to allow a full bar for your event.

  • 07Do you have a vendor list?

    We have a list of recommended local vendors whom we work with often and trust to provide you with a world-class experience. We are happy to accommodate outside vendors on a case-by-case basis as well, as long as license, health department, insurance, and other requirements are met.
